1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using our Shopify Apps or WordPress plugins (“Apps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our Apps.
2. License
- For Shopify Apps: you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Shopify store, subject to Shopify’s App Store terms.
- For WordPress Plugins (purchased via CodeCanyon): your license is governed by Envato’s licensing terms.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or modify our Apps without prior written permission.
3. Use of Services
You agree not to:
- Use our Apps for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or bypass license restrictions.
- Interfere with the security, stability, or availability of our Apps.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Shopify Apps: payments and subscriptions are handled directly by Shopify. Billing, upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations must be managed in your Shopify account.
- WordPress Plugins (CodeCanyon): payments and refunds are managed by Envato/CodeCanyon under their policies.
5. Updates & Modifications
We may update our Apps regularly to ensure compatibility, add features, or fix issues. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility with outdated environments.
6. Support
Support is provided as described in our [Refund & Support Policy]. We strive to assist within reasonable timeframes but do not guarantee resolution of all issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertim Coders, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
- Issues caused by third-party services, plugins, or themes.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your use of our Apps if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
