1. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the digital nature of our Apps, refunds are granted under the following conditions only:
  • For Direct Purchases and Software Licenses
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a product is defective, significantly not as described, or cannot be used due to a verified issue caused by our software, we may provide a refund or alternative resolution at our discretion.

  • For Shopify App Store subscriptions
  • Subscriptions purchased through the Shopify App Store are billed and managed by Shopify. Refund requests related to Shopify billing must follow Shopify’s policies and procedures. We are happy to assist with any questions regarding charges or subscriptions.

  • For WooCommerce and WordPress Products
  • Licenses purchased directly from Vertim Coders may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective, not functioning as described, and our support team is unable to provide a solution.

  • For SaaS Products and Subscription Services
  • Monthly and annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. Customers may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

⚠️ Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after purchase or subscription.
  • Lack of technical knowledge to install or configure the product.
  • Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or services not related to our Apps.
  • Failure to read the item description or documentation before purchase.

2. Support Policy

We provide support for our Apps to ensure a smooth user experience.

What’s included in support:

  • Installation guidance.
  • Bug fixes and troubleshooting related to the App itself.
  • Help with configuration and settings.
  • Updates, maintenance, and compatibility with supported versions of Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, and other supported platforms.
What’s not included in support:
  • Custom modifications or development beyond the original features.
  • Integration with third-party plugins, themes, or systems not officially supported.
  • Server, hosting, or domain-related issues not caused by our Apps.

  • Documentation: available inside each App or on our website.
  • Response Time: we aim to reply to all support requests within 48 business hours.

4. Updates

  • Our Apps are regularly updated to maintain compatibility with the latest versions of Shopify and WordPress.
  • Updates are provided according to the licensing or subscription terms applicable to each product or service.

5. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of licenses, subscriptions, or services.
