1. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the digital nature of our Apps, refunds are granted under the following conditions only:
- For WordPress/CodeCanyon purchases Refunds are handled according to Envato’s refund policy. You may request a refund if the item is not as described, is faulty, or does not work as promised.
- For Shopify App Store subscriptions Billing and refunds are managed directly by Shopify. We cannot issue refunds outside of Shopify’s billing system. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a refund request to Shopify.
⚠️ Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase or subscription.
- Lack of technical knowledge to install or configure the product.
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or services not related to our Apps.
- Failure to read the item description or documentation before purchase.
2. Support Policy
We provide support for our Apps to ensure a smooth user experience.
What’s included in support:
- Installation guidance.
- Bug fixes and troubleshooting related to the App itself.
- Help with configuration and settings.
- Updates and compatibility with supported versions of Shopify and WordPress.
What’s not included in support:
- Custom modifications or development beyond the original features.
- Integration with third-party plugins, themes, or systems not officially supported.
- Server, hosting, or domain-related issues not caused by our Apps.

- Response Time: we aim to reply to all support requests within 48 business hours.
4. Updates
- Our Apps are regularly updated to maintain compatibility with the latest versions of Shopify and WordPress.
- Updates are provided free of charge during the active subscription/license period.
